But it remains a responsible task, as each and every sale is still the result of an individual consultation with the customer.

"Very specific points have to be discussed, especially of course the shipping costs, which always have to be calculated individually. There should never appear hidden costs or unwelcome surprises", says Corina Pries, owner and director of the company.

Another thing that has to be made clear is the continuing care of the Strandkorb. "The lifespan of your beach chair can considerably be extended, if you take care of a suitable "packaging", with other words: you should use an appropriate protection for your precious garden furniture. To protect your beach chair from bad weather with rough winds and stormy rainshowers, you will want to choose a beach chair jacket." Mrs Pries emphasizes.

Customers can expect to hold their conversation in English, mostly via email of course, but under specific circumstances it makes sense to connect on phone.
