Stem Cell Nutrition Company, STEMTech HealthSciences, Chosen as Finalist for Prestigious DSA Rising Star Award

SAN CLEMENTE, Calif., June 2 /PRNewswire/ -- STEMTech HealthSciences Inc. today announced that it has been chosen from among approximately 500 Direct Selling Association (DSA) member companies as one of the three finalists for the prestigious DSA Rising Star award. STEMTech is responsible for bringing to market the world's first and only scientifically proven stem cell nutritional supplement, StemEnhance(R).

According to STEMTech's CEO, Ray C. Carter, Jr., StemEnhance was an instant hit from the very beginning. It continues to be the primary catalyst of STEMTech's impressive growth around the world and the company's recent recognition by the DSA.

"Stem cells are a hot topic," explained Carter, "and offering a totally new concept in natural wellness by supporting a person's own adult stem cells, while documenting its efficacy in double-blind published studies, has been perfect timing."

"Add to that the fact that our one-of-a kind products also bring individuals an amazing business opportunity during uncertain economic times," continued Carter, "and it's easy to see why consumers and direct sellers alike are attracted to STEMTech."

Carter and his management team have wasted no time in capitalizing on the opportunities created by its stem cell nutrition line and STEMTech's word-of-mouth network marketing strategy. Cumulative sales are already approaching the $100-million-dollar mark and the Company now operates in nine countries around the globe, with six more due to open in the second half of 2009.
