Steinger, Iscoe & Greene Comment on Cabbie Accident
Date:8/23/2013

(PRWEB) August 23, 2013

When a taxi driver went to help a fellow cabbie last week, he was struck by an alleged drunk driver, stated in CBS Miami – and now faces critical leg injuries. Michael Steinger, a West Palm Beach car accident lawyer, comments on the wounded taxi driver.

The good samaritan cabbie, whose name has not been released, responded to a call for help from a taxi driver who had broken down on the roadside, according to CBS Miami titled "South Florida Cabbie Seriously Injured In Early Morning Accident" (08.11.2013). He was helping his colleague push the broken cab off the roadway when another driver slammed into the cab. Miami police say they suspect the motorist of driving under the influence.

Steinger is a founder of Steinger, Iscoe and Greene law firm and says the incident is very tragic.

“Some injuries are lifelong and there's no amount of money that can undo that,” Steinger said.

Insurance is supposed to cover the cost of car accident injuries, Steinger says.

“Damage to the legs can affect quality of life and should not go without compensation,” Steinger said.
