Statement from C. J. Betters on Aliquippa Hospital Status

PITTSBURGH, Feb. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Charles J. Betters, president and chief executive officer of C. J. Betters Real Estate, today confirmed that he has submitted an offer to purchase the former Aliquippa Hospital. The hospital is currently involved in bankruptcy proceedings.

"We are awaiting a response from the hospital property owners and their lenders," said Betters.

He declined to discuss any possible future uses for the hospital property.
