Stanley Cup Champion Goalie’s Trainer Helps Reduce Injury

Maria Mountain, MSC is the owner of HockeyTrainingPro.com and Revolution Coaching. Her client list includes Olympic Gold medalists Virtue & Moir, Stanley Cup Champion Andy McDonald, and a variety of professional hockey players. With the recent Stanley Cup win bringing attention to the important role goalies play in NHL championship games, HockeyTrainingPro.com is commencing its free Ultimate Guide to Durable and Flexible Hips for Goalies. The guide is a fourteen day program complete with manual and videos. The program offers tips to help goals obtain a wider butterfly flare while reducing the risk of injury.

L.A. Kings goalie Jonathan Quick was just named MVP of the NHL championship games. Quick helped the Kings win the Stanley Cup and played a crucial part in defeating competition.
