Standard & Poor's Announces Changes to U.S. Index

NEW YORK, May 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Hanger Orthopedic Group Inc. (NYSE: HGR) will replace Gevity HR Inc. (NASD: GVHR) in the S&P SmallCap 600 after the close of trading on a date to be announced. Gevity HR is being acquired by privately held TriNet Group, Inc. in a transaction expected to close soon.

Standard & Poor's will monitor this transaction, and post any relevant updates on its website: www.standardandpoors.com.

Hanger Orthopedic Group Inc. owns and operates orthotic and prosthetic patient-care centers and distributes branded and private label orthotic and prosthetic devices and components. Headquartered in Bethesda, MD, the company will be added to the S&P SmallCap 600 GICS (Global Industry Classification Standard) Health Care Facilities Sub-Industry index.
