Stand Up Paddle Boarding Social Network & Marketplace, Supcity.com, Announces Launch
Date:5/31/2013

Naples, FL (PRWEB) May 31, 2013

SUPcity is a new and growing online community connecting Stand Up Paddle (SUP) Board enthusiasts around the world. The network connects its members through features that cater to shared interests such as coastal surfing, inland touring, white water adventure, competition racing, and yoga. SUPcity not only connects members by interest and location, but offers tools to upload photo/video galleries, post blogs, send private messages, create and join groups, create calendar events, join forum discussions, post classified ad listings, and search for rentals. In addition to the online and offline social components of the network, SUPcity provides a trusted marketplace for retailers to sell products through their own customizable storefronts, and to provide rental services to those people seeking paddle board rentals.

According to the Mayor of SUPcity, Terry Jaggers, “Where ever there is water, there are ways to enjoy SUP. With so many wonderful places to visit around the planet, and so many diverse ways to experience those places on SUP, we believe the world is truly a “SUPcity” to explore. Bringing people together that share this belief was our inspiration to create this social network. Embracing this SUP lifestyle is not only a healthy personal choice, but embodies noble values of environmental awareness, as well as sharing great times with friends & family where ever you live or travel. At SUPcity we embrace these upstanding personal and community values and all people who share them. We believe SUP to be a “stand up lifestyle” and people who immerse themselves in this lifestyle to be standup citizens. You have our commitment to ensure this site represents this philosophy for all of our fellow SUPcitizens!”

The community plans to roll out new features in the future, and to evolve with feedback from users a
