St. Luke’s Boise Medical Center is the system’s flagship hospital and the largest healthcare provider in the state. The new CNO will be a transformational leader who will implement standard care processes for the facilities, mentor nursing staff and develop stronger teams within nursing departments. Additionally, the CNO will collaborate with existing leadership to align the operations and nursing departments to better position the system for the future.
