St. Louis Plastic Surgeon Renews Curves and Self-Esteem in New Mothers as Fresh Trends in Cosmetic Enhancement Emerge
Date:12/18/2009

ouis">liposuction in St. Louis are those who experience isolated pockets of fat that can appear in a variety of body areas after pregnancy. Liposuction can eliminate excess fat that may prove difficult to get rid of through diet and exercise. And it can serve as an excellent compliment to other aesthetic enhancement procedures that can help women get back their pre-pregnancy figures and start feeling great about the way they look.

Dr. Copeland discusses each patient’s goals with them during an initial consultation, and explains all aspects of procedures that can be used in a Mommy Makeover. At that time, Dr. Copeland says he and the patient can decide which procedures can be beneficial to them, and which may not be necessary, as some aesthetic effects of pregnancy may naturally resolve themselves over time.

All in all, Dr. Copeland says a Mommy Makeover can help new moms not only improve their aesthetic appearance after pregnancy, it can also go a long way in enhancing their self-esteem. He says although moms often have to make a lot of sacrifices, the way they feel about themselves doesn’t have to be one of them.
