Cambridge House of Maryville, a BMA affordable assisted living community, is hosting a Father's Day Barbeque from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Friday, June 14.
The community, which is located at 6960 State Rte. 162 in Maryville, Illinois, serves older adults of all incomes, including those on Medicaid.
"We invite you to join us as we honor fathers and celebrate fatherhood, paternal bonds and the influence of fathers in our society," says Tammy Loman, Director of Marketing for Cambridge House of Maryville.
The barbeque is open to the public. There is no charge to attend.

Cambridge House of Maryville is one of three Cambridge House affordable assisted living communities in the Metro East. The other communities are located in O'Fallon and Swansea.
All three communities are certified to operate through the Illinois Supportive Living program and are managed by BMA Management, Ltd., the largest provider of assisted living in Illinois.

Each of the private one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments features a kitchenette, spacious bathroom with shower and grab bars, individually-controlled heating and air conditioning and an emergency alert system.
Certified nursing assistants, working under the direction of a licensed nurse, are on-duty 24 hours a day, seven days a week. All three meals each day, housekeeping and laundry are among the included services.
"Residents also benefit from all of the opportunities that are available to socialize with friends and neighbors and to participate in activities and special events," says Loman.
Based in Bradley, Illinois, BMA operates 36 assisted living, senior living and memory care communities that together house nearly 3,400 homes and apartments.
