Date:1/25/2010

CHICAGO, Jan. 25 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- With some help from the Elks National Foundation, the charitable arm of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks, the St. Augustine Elks will hold two 10 week programs, covering topics such as exercise, dietary information and personal hygeine, designed to introduce high risk obese children to a healthier lifestyle.

St. Augustine Elks Kids Fit Club will be funded by an Impact Grant awarded to the St. Augustine Elks by the Elks National Foundation. This year, St. Augustine Elks Lodge No. 829 is one of 49 recipients nationwide to receive an Impact Grant. The grants range from $2,500 to $10,000.
