Spread the Purple Launches New Website Just in Time for Winter Holiday Giving Season

The holidays represent a time of giving, and Spread the Purple, a New-Jersey-based financial aid and non-profit that helps those in need, has announced the launch of its new and more accessible website just in time.

Spread the Purple is preparing for the holidays and winter season by raising money to help homeowners who may need assistance with forthcoming high home heating bills. They are also assisting local communities affected by last month’s Hurricane Sandy which devastated parts of the Northeast, by educating homeowners and business owners on emergency financial assistance, short term loans and grants that are available to help.

While the hurricane has passed and the news of Sandy has become stale, what many don’t realize is that there are still so many people left without power from Sandy in the New Jersey/New York area. Spread the Purple is working hard to raise money to provide remaining victims with backup generators and funds to help families in those areas.
