Sport and Spine Rehab of Fort Washington Announces New Clinic Director

Dr. Hayford Anane, an associate chiropractor with Sport and Spine Rehab of McLean for the last two years, was recently promoted to Clinic Director of the Sport and Spine Rehab of Fort Washington location. Dr. Anane received his Doctor of Chiropractic from the New York Chiropractic College in 2011. He joined the Sport and Spine Rehab team in July of 2012 and has been an important member of the Northern Virginia medical community since then as an associate at Sport and Spine Rehab of McLean working closely with Clinic Director Dr. Riccardo Tersigni.

Dr. Tersigni had this to say: “On behalf of the entire McLean SSR Team, I would like to congratulate Dr. Hayford Anane on becoming the Clinic Director of Sport & Spine Rehab of Fort Washington, MD. It has been a pleasure to serve with him over the past two years as he has become an integral part of our vision to create “a happier, healthier world.” I have no doubt that he will continue to be an excellent, compassionate and trusted Doctor to his patients and will continue to aid the community with his ability to educate the public about health and wellness. Dr. Anane hails from New York and before attending the New York Chiropractic College he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the State University of New York at Buffalo. He is certified in Graston Technique, Flexion and Distraction, Myofascial release, and Sacro-Occipital Techniques.

Said Dr. Anane, “This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity for me and I am very much looking forward to working and providing my services in the Fort Washington community.”

Dr. Anane is also active in volunteer services including upcoming trip to the Dominican Republic in September with an organization called ChiroMission.

“Our mission at Sport and Spine Rehab is ‘to be the trusted leader in enriching the health and well-being of the public, one life at a time.’ As part of living this mission, I want to get involved in giving the world a better chance at health through chiropractic care. ChiroMission is an organization formed by chiropractors, where fellow DC's volunteer at underserved countries to provide chiropractic care to the community.
