Spherion and AMN Healthcare Enter RPO Alliance

Rebecca Callahan, Senior Vice President of Spherion's Recruitment Process Outsourcing division. "AMN is a recognized leader in healthcare staffing and RPO services. The breadth and depth of our parallel offerings will enable healthcare organizations to more efficiently address the recruiting challenges they are currently facing."

Ralph Henderson, President of AMN Healthcare's Nurse Staffing and Recruitment Process Outsourcing divisions, said, "RPO will alleviate many of the growing pains healthcare organizations are currently facing from a human capital standpoint. By aligning with an organization of Spherion's caliber, we are joining forces to help clients address talent shortages and find the best candidates for their organizations in both clinical and non-clinical roles."

The recruitment teams will be based at Spherion and AMN's main recruitment centers in the U.S., as well as on-site with the client. Spherion and AMN will provide recruitment staff, applicant tracking, assessment technology, clinical quality services and real-time reporting for all RPO engagements. The alliance will benefit clients with a wide range of recruitment needs, ranging from short-term recruiting projects to multi-year assignments.
