Date:3/3/2009

WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif., March 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Specialists On Call, Inc. In 2008, SOC delivered emergency neurology consultations to more than 4,000 patients, many of whom were suffering from severe and acute strokes. By maintaining a roster of affiliated neurologists speciali
