- Enrollment Issues: Outreach, Processes and Minimizing ‘Opt-Outs’, featuring Peter Harbage, president of Harbage Consulting and California’s consultant on its dual-eligibles initiative; and Jeff Viohl, founder and president of Viohl & Associates Inc., a government relations consulting firm.
- Assessing the Performance of Duals Programs: Strategies for Detecting and Fixing Problems, featuring John Baackes, president, VIP plans for The AmeriHealth Caritas Family of Companies; Alan Smith, M.D., senior corporate medical director and health services director for WellCare Health Plans; Inc.; and Robb Cohen and Bill MacBain from Gorman Health Group.
