Spanish Exercise DVD Helps Latinas Reduce Risk of Preterm Labor
Date:2/16/2009

They exercise less and have higher rates of obesity which is a major risk factor for diabetes that can cause preterm labor. Latinas have higher rates of diabetes than white or African American women.

Ejercicios Para El Embarazo en Reposo provides a simple yet effective set of exercises in the language many Latinas more easily understand. When performed regularly, Ejercicios Para El Embarazo en Reposo helps maintain muscle strength, tone and healthy weight. Weight mai
