Date:8/31/2008

MIAMI, Aug. 31 /PRNewswire/ -- Due to mandatory evacuations and the approaching Hurricane Gustav, Pacer Health Corporation has discontinued operations at its two Louisiana medical facilities: South Cameron Memorial Hospital (Cameron, LA) and Calcasieu Oaks Psychiatric Hospital (Lake Charles, LA). Effective immediately, both facilities will cease function until post- storm advisements are issued by local and state officials. Regular updates including patient and staff relocation and emergency contact numbers can be found on the respective sites, http://www.caloaskhospital.com and http://www.scmhospital.com or by visiting Pacer Health Corporation at http://www.pacerhealth.com. Pacer Health Corporation will re-open both facilities once state officials advise it is safe to do so.
