Software Vendor QAD Rolls Out BioIQ Health Testing Program to National Workforce

Home Testing Has Become an Important Employee Benefit for Health-Conscious

SANTA BARBARA, Calif., Nov. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- BioIQ (http://www.bioiq.com), a leading supplier of health screening and data management services, announced today that QAD, a developer of enterprise resource planning and supply chain software, is offering BioIQ's home test kits to its entire U.S. workforce. Using the latest biometric testing technologies and powered by BioIQ's web-based data analysis and reporting software, QAD is offering the BioIQ health screening program to more than 600 people in 38 states.

In addition to providing QAD employees and their dependents with a user-friendly kit to screen for diabetes and heart disease, the BioIQ service enables them to discover disease risk factors via an interactive health assessment. Participants order the kits online, test themselves at home, mail a tiny blood sample to BioIQ's lab, and then view test results through secure, password-protected accounts.
