Smart for Life(TM) Introduces HeroFiber(TM) to Its Product Line
Date:7/6/2009

Powerful Ingredient Instrumental in Impacting Health

BOCA RATON, Fla., July 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Smart for Life(TM), the company famous for its Smart for Life Cookie Diet(TM), has successfully introduced HeroFiber(TM) into its products. HeroFiber(TM) is a blend of fibers including ForteFiber(TM) (Made by The Dow Chemical Company) and has been proven to reduce insulin, glucose and cholesterol levels in healthy individuals.

"The clinical research I have seen for ForteFiber(TM) was very impressive. When this fiber gave comparable results to some medications, I knew we must add it to our products. After many months of testing and development, we are happy to have succeeded!" says Dr. Sass (Sasson Moulavi, M.D.).

HeroFiber(TM) has been added to Smart for Life diet cookies, muffins and bagels. The health industry has been very critical in recent years of the food industry for over-processing food, which removes fibers. By adding these Super Fibers, Smart for Life now leads an innovative trend that is sure to increase.

"For those Americans who do not eat enough fiber, HeroFiber(TM) will certainly add to the daily requirement. The best part," explains Dr. Sass, "is that just 1 gram of HeroFiber(TM) will have the beneficial effects of ordinary fiber taken at much higher doses."
