Slim-Fast Celebrates Weight Loss by Hosting Style Your Slim(SM) Fashion Show Featuring Real Women

In preparation for the Style Your Slim(SM) Fashion Show, Slim-Fast has selected 10 women whom they believe are a good representation of America's everyday woman to walk the runway. The Style Your Slim(SM) Fashion Show is benefiting Dress for Success, a nonprofit organization that provides support and career development tools for disadvantaged women.

From Birmingham, Alabama to Portland, Oregon, these women come from all walks of life, and from every corner of the country. Some of them have lost upwards of 200 pounds, while others have lost 10. They were chosen because they embody the 'Find Your Slim' philosophy of achieving realistic and healthy weight loss, and feeling good about the weight that is right for each of their bodies. Each woman is being flown to Los Angeles and fitted into fashion designs by Chloe Dao herself. They will be prepared for a walk down the runway, supporting the message that fashion and style can be incorporated into all body shapes and sizes. Noted stylist, Tim Gunn will be a special guest and will be helping the women get runway-ready.

As the society's perception on skinny models begins to change - Slim- Fast(R) has chosen to be at the forefront of this cultural shift by launching the Find Your Slim point of view in advertising and public relations efforts. The Style Your Slim(SM) Fashion Show is a continuation of Slim-Fast's efforts to send the message to women that there is no one ideal weight or size that suits everyone, and that each individual should set their own personal weight loss goal that is realistic and achievable.
