Hot New Products Unveiled

CARLSBAD, Calif., Oct. 29 /PRNewswire/ -- SkinMedica, Inc.'s 45 sales consultants from the Aesthetics Division converged on San Diego recently to take part in a spectacular sales meeting at the historic Hotel Del Coronado. The sales consultants were joined by an additional 40 employees from sales, marketing, research and development, customer service, human resources, finance and operations. CEO Mary Fisher kicked off the meeting with an inspirational speech on her vision of the business.

The theme of the meeting was "Hot New Products," reflecting both the division's largest and most innovative new product to date and the presence of the Hotel Del Coronado in the 1959 classic movie, Some Like it Hot starring Marilyn Monroe, Tony Curtis and Jack Lemmon. Over four days, the sales consultants attended sessions on upcoming new products, ingredient education, international business and a presentation by local prominent board-certified dermatologist, Dr. Deborah Atkin. The sales consultants were also treated to an elegant awards dinner honoring their accomplishments.

The highlight of the meeting was the unveiling of SkinMedica's newest product; TNS Essential Serum(TM), a revolutionary dual chamber, anti-aging serum. TNS Essential Serum is the first product to combine TNS Recovery Complex(R) and new APS Corrective Complex(TM). Clinical studies show these two formulas work in synergy to transform and regenerate skin for a more youthful, glowing appearance.

"TNS Essential Serum is a true innovation in skin rejuvenation," says Ted Schwarz, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Aesthetics. "TNS Essential Serum, developed through extensive research, is a unique, physiological complex containing hundreds of growth factors, cytokines, antioxidants and peptides. I believe TNS Essential Serum is the most advanced topical skin rejuvenation therapy available today."
