Skechers Lawsuit on Behalf an Ohio Woman Who Sustained Serious Ankle Injury Allegedly Due to Shape-Ups' Defective Design Filed by Wright & Schulte LLC

The product liability attorneys at Wright & Schulte, LLC have filed a Skechers Shape-Ups' lawsuit on behalf of a woman from Springfield, Ohio. Court documents allege that she wore Skechers Shape-Ups for about three months, which resulted in her sustaining a painful tear in her Achilles tendon. The plaintiff's severe ankle injury required her to undergo one year of physical therapy, take steroids and ultimately have to undergo surgery for her alleged Skechers injuries. This Skechers Injury Lawsuit (Case No. 3:12-cv-00837-TBR), which was filed on December 15, 2012, names the defendants to be Skechers, U.S.A., Inc., Skechers, U.S.A., Inc., II and Skechers Fitness Group, all based in Manhattan Beach, California.
