Skechers Lawsuit Filed on Behalf of New Mexico Woman Alleges that the Defective Design of Shape-Ups Caused Her Severe Arm and Knee Injuries, Reports Wright & Schulte

A Skechers lawsuit has been filed by Wright & Schulte’s attorneys on behalf of a New Mexico woman who fractured her left arm in multiple places and injured her knee allegedly due to the dangerous design of Shape-Ups toning shoes. This Skechers lawsuit (Case No. 3:13-cv-00446-TBR) was filed on April 29, 2013 and is part of MDL 2308. As with other Skechers lawsuits recently filed by Wright & Schulte, this case will be heard in the U.S. District Court of the Western District of Kentucky, Louisville Division.
