Skechers Lawsuit Filed by Wright & Schulte on Behalf of Virginia Man Who Suffered Serious Back Injuries Allegedly Due to Use of Defectively Designed Shape-Ups

The product liability attorneys at Wright & Schulte have filed a Skechers lawsuit on behalf of a Virginia man who fell and broke four of his teeth allegedly due to the design of Skechers Shape-Ups toning shoes. This Skechers Injury Lawsuit (case no. 3:13-cv-00324-TBR) was filed on March 18, 2013 and is part of MDL 2308. As with other Skechers lawsuits recently filed by Wright & Schulte, this case will be heard in the U.S. District Court of the Western District of Kentucky, Louisville Division.
