Skechers Lawsuit Filed by Wright & Schulte on Behalf of Indiana Woman Alleges the Defective Design of Shape-Ups Caused Multiple Foot Fractures

Wright & Schulte’s product liability attorneys have filed another Skechers lawsuit on behalf of an Indiana woman. This Skechers lawsuit claims that the plaintiff fell, sustained multiple foot fractures and had to wear a boot for two months due to wearing the allegedly defectively designed Shape-Ups toning shoes. This Skechers lawsuit also contends that Skechers intentionally misrepresented the safety and effectiveness of Shape-Ups in its advertising
