Skechers Lawsuit Filed By Wright & Schulte LLC Contends A Pennsylvania Woman Sustained Multiple Stress Fractures Allegedly Due to the Defective Design of Shape-Ups

Wright & Schulte’s product liability lawyers have filed another Skechers lawsuit on behalf of a Pennsylvania woman. This case alleges that the unstable rocker bottom design of Shape-Ups caused the plaintiff to develop four painful stress fractures in her right foot. This Skechers Lawsuit (Case No. 3:13-cv-00450-TBR), which is part of MDL 2308, was filed on April 29, 2013 in the U.S. District Court of the Western District of Kentucky, Louisville Division.
