Skechers Injury Lawsuit Filed on Behalf of a Mississippi Woman Who Suffered a Serious Knee Injury Allegedly Due to Shape-Ups’ Defective Design, by Wright & Schulte LLC
Date:3/22/2013

Columbus, OH (PRWEB) March 22, 2013

Wright & Schulte LLC, an experienced product liability law firm, has filed a Skechers torn ACL lawsuit on behalf of a woman from Columbia, Mississippi. This case (Case No. 3:13-cv-00158-TBR) alleges that the fundamentally unstable and dangerous design of Shape-Ups caused the plaintiff to fall down, break one of her fingers and tear the ACL in one of her knees. To date, the plaintiff is still suffering from intense knee pain despite the fact she has undergone surgery to try to treat her torn ACL. The Skechers injury lawsuit was filed on January 28, 2013, in the federal Skechers Toning Shoes Products Liability Litigation (MDL 2308), now underway in U.S. District Court, Western District of Kentucky. Richard W. Schulte, a partner with the firm of Wright & Schulte LLC, is serving on the Plaintiffs Steering Committee in the federal Skechers MDL Litigation.
