A case filed on behalf of a woman from Surprise, Arizona (Case No. 3:13-cv-00120) alleges that wearing Shape-Ups caused her to fall and sustain multiple fractures in her right ankle. A complaint filed by a Dahlonega, Georgia woman (Case No. 3:13-cv-00113) con
