SironaHealth to Provide 24 x 7 Nurse Line and Clinical Outreach to EosHealth as part of their Mobile Health & Wellness Programs

SironaHealth Registered Nurses will provide telephone based triage and health advice to EosHealth service subscribers who have been identified as needing one-to-one clinical intervention. As EosHealth subscribers manage their health through interactive resources via their cell phones, SironaHealth RNs will be alerted to specific health triggers and proactively reach out to perform triage and provide targeted health advice.
