Silverman, McDonald & Friedman Opens New Office in New Castle to Serve Legal Needs of Delaware Families

Full-service civil law firm with focus on personal injury, workers comp and estate planning expands with second office in state, also adds new attorney in Wilmington office

Wilmington, Del. (Lexis Nexis) January 6, 2009 -- Silverman, McDonald & Friedman, one of the leading civil law firms serving individuals and small businesses in Delaware, today announced that it has opened a new office in New Castle, Delaware.

The new office is located at 182 Christiana Road in New Castle and will serve the needs of families in the area who have legal needs arising from work-related injuries, personal injuries, traffic offenses, family law disputes and real estate matters.

"We're excited to open our new office in Delaware because it will improve our ability to more conveniently serve individuals needing legal representation," said Jeffrey S. Friedman, a partner in the firm. "With more than 70 years of combined legal experience among the seven lawyers in our firm, Silverman, McDonald & Friedman is dedicated to providing solutions-oriented legal counsel to our clients when they are facing a variety of difficult life challenges."

According to Friedman, the firm also recently hired an associate attorney in its flagship Wilmington office. The new lawyer, D. Miika Roggio, will focus on family law and personal injury matters. Roggio is a recent graduate of Widener University School of Law.
