SignatureForum.com Relaunches with New Ratings Features
Date:3/16/2009

EVANSTON, Ill., March 16 /PRNewswire/ -- SignatureForum, an independent consumer advocacy group, is proud to announce the relaunch of its flagship website, http://www.SignatureForum.com. A respected resource for people seeking services in the cosmetics, home remodeling, and fitness industries, SignatureForum's new features make it easier for guests to share their insights, ratings, and reviews of industry professionals and the specific services they offer.

SignatureForum.com has always offered its guests the opportunity to schedule consultations with leading service providers across the country, and to then share their reviews of that experience through post-consultation and post-treatment surveys. With the new SignatureForum, this concept has been expanded to every aspect of the site. Now, guests who simply wish to research or discuss particular cosmetic treatments, types of home improvement projects, or health-club classes can quickly and easily share and read exclusive reviews on SignatureForum's procedure and project information pages. This new function allows anyone to see what fellow consumers have to say about a certain service option, and to sound off on their own experiences. It's a key component in helping SignatureForum better carry out its name and mission as a public consumer forum.

As a further benefit, every service rating provided by guests is collected and tabulated to develop an overall rating for that service option. These ratings are based on a 1-10 scale, so if Botox, for example, has a 9.5 as its SignatureForum rating, guests will know that Botox users have been sharing mostly favorable reviews of that treatment. If an overall rating is closer to 5, the consumer reviews have been more mixed.

The same spirit behind incorporating more consumer feedback has led SignatureForum to update its membership plan as well. SignatureForum members can still choose between a Premium, Advantage, and Free Membership, but fees have been significantly lowered (just $19 for Advantage Membership, $99 for Premium). Members gain access to SignatureForum's large database of specific doctor and contractor reviews, displayed in comparative charts and graphs, with access to each and every individual customer survey. The goal is to take the guesswork out of choosing service providers, be it a plastic surgeon, cosmetic clinic, home contractor, or health club.

Finally, and most noticeably, the new SignatureForum features a sleek new look and layout, making it easier to locate the topics one wishes to research, including a large directory of leading professionals, with service provider profiles and free consultation scheduling, either by phone or online.

Guests interested in researching their aesthetic services options or adding their own reviews can see the new SignatureForum today at http://www.SignatureForum.com/
