“Our company went into business exactly when the dot com bubble burst, but it was the best thing that could have happened to us,” says Kropp, who remains SignatureForum’s CEO. “Our initial idea was to put medical practices on the web. With the collapse of the bubble, we were required to adjust our business on the fly to meet marketplace needs.
