MILWAUKEE, Oct. 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Trissential's Project Management Essentials training builds and enhances the foundation for success in all five areas of project management -- initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and closing. Intensive training over three days, October 17 - 19, is designed to improve implementation, lower rework, enhance communication, and enable delivery of projects on time and within budget.

Course participants gain insights into the alignment of tools and techniques within the 44 processes of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) and will see how theory is applied to the actual practice of project management. The course is based on Trissential's Projecy(C) framework, a first-of-its-kind tool for helping IT project managers operationalize the body of knowledge. During the three-day training session, participants take a simulated case-study project through its lifecycle from initiation to close and in the process will earn 24 professional development units (PDUs) from the Project Management Institute.
