SierraCRM Delivers Major Enhancements to the Process Manager Workflow Module for Sugar.

Established Sugar Developer Partner, SierraCRM, today announced that the company will be showcasing its new release with SugarCRM, the market-leading customer relationship management (CRM) company that enables effective customer engagement enterprise-wide, at SugarCon 2013, SugarCRM’s annual customer, developer, and partner conference.

This latest integration of SierraCRM’s Business Process Management product (PM Pro 2.0) for Sugar enables customers of SugarCRM the ability to create simply powerful workflow. By extending the power of Version 1.0, PM Pro 2.0’s new features will allow SugarCRM customers to build simple-to-complex workflow processes using Sugar’s familiar and easy-to-use user interface. PM Pro 2.0 compliments Sugar’s powerful features by allowing users to enhance their CRM experience with the ability to run any process any time. As an example, for sales managers needing to know when sales opportunities are at risk, PM Pro 2.0 can be setup to run a daily process to find at-risk-sales- opportunities so that management can take appropriate actions. PM Pro 2.0 and Sugar will ensure that businesses will be able to seamlessly operate CRM, and turn interactions into profits.

Additional PM Pro 2.0 features include:

  •     Allow the update of data related to the process object along with updating the process object
  •     When evaluating processes on creation or modification of records, filter values can now be a comma separated list of text.
  •     Allow deletion of processes that have been triggered and are queued to be delivered in the future
  •     When sending emails, populate the body of the email with any data related to the process object
  •     Control the flow of sending emails from PM Pro 2.0 by sending through Su
