Sidelined By Plantar Fasciitis? Try a New Solution: J Wedge Offers Inexpensive, Non-Invasive Relief for Foot Pain Sufferers

Wichita, KS (PRWEB) May 14, 2013

Mike Janzen is an engineer as well as a lifelong athlete. An avid runner, he was kept off his feet due to recurring heel pain caused by plantar fasciitis. He tried various treatment options but Mike's debilitating pain would not go away.

"The J Wedge was developed out of necessity for me as a runner. I ran all kinds of events from one-mile races to marathons. In 2008, I developed a severe case of plantar fasciitis. Knowing that I was registered in the New York City Marathon the following year, I had to figure out something to eliminate my heel and arch pain so I could train over the next year.

I tried all kinds of medical treatments, including custom orthotics, ice, massage and even stopped running, but the pain was still there. Then I started focusing on stretching the fascia in my feet. With the help of my wife, a licensed physical therapist, we designed the J Wedge."

Mike and Carolyn Janzen worked together to create the J Wedge, an inexpensive, non-invasive treatment option for the heel pain commonly associated with plantar fasciitis. Used three times daily, the J Wedge facilitates strengthening and stretching of the fascia in the foot, relieving the tension that causes heel pain.

Its lightweight and compact design makes the J Wedge perfect for daily use at home and on the go. The J Wedge is available in seven different colors and is proudly made in the USA, right here in Kansas.

Mike and Carolyn Janzen are available for interviews and product samples may be available for review; please contact us with any requests.
