Shreveport, LA Mother Wins $10,000 for Losing 50 Pounds
Date:11/20/2007

ked. Now 50 pounds lighter, Dottie says, "This is the first time I've ever really seen my true woman's body. My muscles are toned and I have lots of strength and I'm full of energy."

The Million Dollar Body Game was launched in January as the first online contest of its kind. Each month a male and female $10,000 winner are chosen and both are eligible for the $250,000 grand prize to be awarded in March of 2008.

Like other contestants, Dottie submitted the story of her transformation, with before and after photos, and was chosen as the female $10,000 winner for the month of October. Web visitors can follow her story at http://www.MillionDollarBody.com.

"At Beachbody, we're billing this as the ultimate win-win because there are no complaints -- every Beachbody and Million Dollar Body customer wins in some way. Just by following the winners' stories online, people have the extra motivation to make positive life changes and become healthier," said Carl Daikeler, CEO of Beachbody.com. "Obesity is an epidemic in this country. Losing weight takes perseverance and our kind of honest, healthy approach. Seeing others who put in the effort and get the results helps everyone stay motivated and focused."
