About Shofner Vision Center
Shofner Vision Center has provided quality and affordable vision care for over 20 years in Middle Tennessee. Dr. Stewart Shofner's father was a highly decorated Marine General who participated in more combat than any Marine officer in WWII. General Shofner also led one of the few successful escapes from a Japanese prisoner of war camp. Dr. Shofner has proudly received awards for his support to Lt. Col. Kevin Johnson, USAF Reserve and his dedication to those who serve in our Military and continues his efforts in supporting US Military and their families.

Doctor of Optometry from the University of Houston for Shofner Vision Center, Dr. Kevin Johnson is also active in the US Air Force Reserves. He is a graduate of the U.S. Air Force F-16 "Top Eye" program, and participated in the Air Force evaluation of PRK/LASIK for Air Force Academy Cadets and Pilots.
