Proven Human Resources Leader Further Deepens Pinstripe's Provider-Side

BROOKFIELD, Wis., Jan. 8 /PRNewswire/ -- Pinstripe, Inc., a fast-growing Human Resources and recruitment outsourcing company, has added Shakila Shimp as Director of Client Services for Pinstripe's Healthcare Group. In her new role, Shimp will bring extensive provider-side expertise to the company's health care industry customers.
Shimp has more than 18 years of experience in human resource and health care leadership, in both acute care and long-term care settings. Most recently, Shimp was the Director of Human Resources at Wheaton Franciscan Services - St. Joseph Hospital, in Milwaukee. In that position, she was responsible for leading human resources services for 2,500 employees at five sites. As a member of the senior leadership team, she helped develop and implement strategic initiatives for the hospital. Prior to that, she was a human resources executive for Covenant Healthcare Systems and Extendicare Health Services, both in Milwaukee.
