Shawnee Mission Medical Center Engages B. E. Smith Management Consulting Practice for Care Management Project

Smith’s Management Consulting methodology builds on the company’s prowess in the healthcare field, with team members who have hands-on experiences in the field and a deep understanding of what it takes to maximize efficiency and enhance patient-centered care. The methodology ensures a comprehensive and disciplined approach to the delivery of consulting services but also allows for both ‘the art and the science’ to prevail.
