Improving integrated medical management with use of Six Sigma Model

HARRISBURG, Pa., Jan. 24 /PRNewswire/ -- The Keystone Peer Review Organization, Inc. (KePRO), a rapidly growing national, total population medical management firm, recently appointed Sharon McCudden to the position of Director of Business Process Improvement and Compliance. Reporting to Joseph A. Dougher, Chief Executive Officer, Ms. McCudden will build and implement a successful adoption plan to expand the use of Six Sigma in collaboration with all organizations across the enterprise.

KePRO and its subsidiary, HealthQuest, have been providing integrated medical management solutions to public and commercial clients since 1985, delivering excellent customer service and substantial return on investment. Adopting the Six Sigma (DMAI2C) Model Process Improvement, Ms. McCudden will spearhead integrated medical management by building and deploying state of the art systems to improve effectiveness and efficiency internally and externally. Her mission is to leverage automation and integrate all components of medical management through quality initiatives.
