Sevocity EHR Celebrates Implementation Guarantee Anniversary
Date:4/22/2010

Sevocity EHR has successfully implemented over 200 Providers in the last year under its historic Electronic Health Records money back guarantee.

San Antonio, TX (PRWEB) April 22, 2010 -- Sevocity EHR, a division of Conceptual MindWorks, Inc. (CMI), today announced it recently celebrated the one year anniversary of its historic Electronic Health Records (also referred to as Electronic Medical Records or EMR) implementation guarantee program. The program, implemented in April 2009, allows practices implementing Sevocity to cancel their contract 60 days after implementation and receive 100% of their Sevocity payments back. Since the program inception over 200 providers have implemented Sevocity and not one has requested cancellation under the guarantee.

“We began this initiative because we knew that providers were reluctant to implement Electronic Health Records for many reasons; but chiefly cost and concerns with implementation were hindering adoption”, stated Mark Holliday, Sevocity Chief Operating Officer. “Our affordable and all-inclusive pricing addressed the cost issue but we wanted to find a way to convey the value of our implementation program”, stated Holliday. “We know we have an easy to use EHR and a strong implementation program so we decided to, as they say, put our money where our mouth is” continued Holliday.

The guarantee is included in the standard Sevocity contract. Under the program a provider only needs to complete 100 patient visits in Sevocity during the 60 days to request cancellation and a full refund. The Sevocity implementation process is unique among affordable EHRs because each practice is individually customized prior to training and implementation. “This level of customization and our support during the transition to EHR are key to the satisfaction of our providers”, concluded Holliday.
