Sentillion Receives Highest Score in Comprehensive Report Comparing SSO and

Context Management Vendors' Performance in the Healthcare Industry

ANDOVER, Mass., March 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Sentillion, the company that created healthcare Single Sign-On (SSO), announced today that it ranked #1 in the most comprehensive healthcare industry report comparing SSO and context management vendors performance. The Single Sign-On/Context Management Report (February, 2008) published by the healthcare industry's leading independent research firm, KLAS, utilized surveys and interviews with 146 healthcare provider organizations to determine the performance of several SSO and context management vendors, including: CA, Carefx(1), Encentuate, Healthcast, Imprivata, Novell and Passlogix. The KLAS report cited Sentillion as the only vendor able to offer both SSO and context management, without requiring a partner.

"When we speak to Sentillion's customers they identify Sentillion(R) support as their strongest asset and convey the huge successes they have achieved within their physician community," said Paul Pitcher, KLAS research director and author of the report.

Based on its customers' ratings, Sentillion received the best overall score of 87.50 making it the highest performing vendor. In addition, 58% of surveyed providers ranked Sentillion as their best IT vendor, which was in sharp contrast to all the vendors in the report who measured 29% or below. Sentillion also led in categories pertaining to:

-- Services, which measured the quality of implementation, the

implementation staff and training.

-- Successes, which measured whether the technology lived up to

expectations, was worth the money and worth the effort.

-- Business indicators, which evaluated whether providers consider the

technology as part of their long-term plan and ranking Sentillion as

their best vendor.
