Rock River Center serves 3,300 citizens in Ogle County aged 60 and over. The HandiRecords products will be added to their information resources that range from general information to those focused on dealing with dementia or with pain management.

Blanchard Enterprises owner, Ann Blanchard says, "I created HandiRecords to help other caregivers like me, so working with Rock River Center on this project is a dream-come-true."

About Rock River Center
Rock River Center (formerly known as Ogle County Senior Services) has been serving the residents of Ogle County since 1975. The Rock River Center has developed a solid reputation for providing core, quality of life services such as outreach and referral to families or adults seeking government assistance, Medicare guidance and other benefits such as: prescription assistance, help with the cost of home utilities, tax preparation, para-transit/ transportation, and volunteer opportunities.

Headquartered in Oregon, IL, Rock River Center's service area covers all of Ogle County. The agency is the State of Illinois designated service center for seniors in Ogle County and a Caregiver Resource Center, providing resources and services to caregivers. Funding for this project was provided, in part, with Title IIIE Older Americans Act and the State of Illinois General Revenue Funds through the Northwestern Illinois Area Agency on Aging.
