Seniors in Ogle County, IL Get Free Healthcare Organizers

Senior citizens and their caregivers receive two free healthcare organizers from the Rock River Center in Ogle County, Illinois. The HandiRecords medical information organizers ensure users at home and away receive the best medical care possible by giving healthcare providers an accurate and complete medical history.

Chicago, IL (PRWEB) November 5, 2008 -- Rock River Center and Blanchard Enterprises' HandiRecords announce a joint effort to provide improved healthcare for senior citizens in Ogle County, Illinois through the free distribution of two HandiRecords' medical information organizers to seniors and their caregivers. By maintaining updated personal medical information at home and away, seniors can ensure accurate, timely emergency medical treatment and prevent treatment errors.

Funded by a grant, Rock River Center will offer the HandiRecords Fridge Alert, which provides emergency responders with accurate medical information. A window decal alerts medical personnel to look for the lifesaving information that is affixed to the refrigerator door. Rock River Center will also offer HandiRecords Classics to seniors and their caregivers. The 24-page, checkbook-sized medical information organizers are designed to be carried in a purse or pocket to track personal medication and medical history records, along wit
