Senetek Implements New Corporate Communication Policy

NAPA, Calif., Oct. 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Senetek PLC (OTC Bulletin Board: SNKTY), a Life Sciences company engaged in the research, development and commercialization of technologies that target the science of healthy aging, today announced that the Senetek Board of Directors has implemented a new Corporate Communication policy to insure that the highest standards of corporate governance are met and that full compliance with all public company regulations is in place.

With this new policy the Board commits to insuring that all Senetek investors as well as the general public are kept current with all pertinent Company business matters as it relates to its securities.

On advice from corporate counsel, all future communications from the Company will be exclusively from press releases, SEC filings relating to events significant to Senetek business and from shareholder teleconferences addressing business updates.
