Self-Service 360-Degree Feedback Gives Managers Power Over Their Own Leadership Development
Date:6/25/2010

DecisionWise Leadership Intelligence System Allows Individuals to Initiate 360-Degree Feedback Surveys to Facilitate Leadership Growth and Development.

(PRWEB) June 25, 2010 -- A new self-initiated 360-degree feedback survey system allows individuals to take charge of their own leadership development. The Leadership Intelligence System makes it possible for an individual to initiate his or her own personal 360-degree feedback survey or for an HR manager or supervisor to initiate a 360 survey for a single person.

To start a 360 survey, users select from one of four Leadership Intelligence 360 feedback surveys. These options include a 360 survey for Executives, Business Leaders, Team Leaders, or Individual Contributors. A DecisionWise project manager administers the survey online, and provides the 360-degree feedback report. A DecisionWise senior consultant then conducts a 1.5 hour telephone leadership coaching session to help the participant interpret the results and create a personal action plan.

The Leadership Intelligence 360-degree feedback process is a catalyst for leadership development and improvement. 360 feedback provides multiple points of reference, measures how someone does their job, and opens up a real development conversation between a manager and a subordinate. The leadership coaching session allows participants to have an honest conversation with an outside professional coach to receive guidance on their personal development.

The DecisionWise Leadership Intelligence 360 Survey System is a simple way to implement a 360-degree assessment to assist an individual focused on achieving personal leadership ambitions, to help a problem employee get back on track, or to evaluate a high-potential employee for promotion.

To start a Leadership Intelligence 360 Survey, visit www.decision-wise.com or contact DecisionWise, Inc. at 1-800-830-8086.
