The Dept. of Defense figures say that 1 in every 9 deployed solders to Iraq suffers from TBI (traumatic brain injury). It is caused by exposure to blast waves from explosives. Some of TBI's signs are: headaches, difficulty concentrating or making decisions, slowness in thinking and communicating, mood changes, ringing in the ears and other symptoms.

Mr. Rundquist is a graduate of the 2 yr Senior Army ROTC 2nd Lt (Infantry) 1969 after earning his Masters in Counseling.
