Secure eHealth and DRM Security Partner to Provide Most Secure Healthcare Network Available

LEXINGTON, Ky., July 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- VirtualHealth Technologies, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: VHGI) announced today that its subsidiary Secure eHealth, LLC has entered into a preliminary agreement with DRM Security of Fort Worth, TX to license CIFRA, a secure messaging and data delivery platform that will change the way healthcare practitioners collaborate with one another. According to Jim Renfro, VHGI President, "CIFRA will finally give healthcare providers the much needed confidence to share critical patient information which will ultimately reduce the cost of delivery while at the same time increase the quality of care."

In the initial agreement, Secure eHealth will have the exclusive rights to market CIFRA directly to both small and large physician groups as well as Regional Health Organizations and Health Information Exchange programs. CIFRA will also become an imbedded component in Medical Office Software's soon to be announced all inclusive Practice Management / Electronic Health Record solution. Robert Tapales, VirtualHealth Executive Vice President of Operations was quoted as saying. "What really makes CIFRA so unique is its scalability. The fact that any size organization big or small will benefit from it sets it apart from anything else available today. It's a new level of protection packaged in a reliable, logical and simple solution." It is expected that the agreement will be finalized in the coming weeks at which time a formal announcement will be made.
