Seattle Sutton's Healthy Eating Opens Arizona...(biotics in poultry products ...),Health

"Our plan provides what one should eat, if they had the time to prepare it for themselves. We've been doing this longer than any one else out there, since 1985, when I decided as a registered nurse that I could help more people eat healthy by creating a meal plan for them," said Seattle Sutton, RN, BSN, Founder and President of Seattle Sutton's Healthy Eating.

The idea for SSHE was born from Sutton's work in her physician husband's practice as his registered nurse. Time and again, after handing patients a menu on a piece of paper, Sutton felt guilty she couldn't help them more. Then, one day, the idea came to her while counseling a type II diabetic about his diet. That's the moment she went from nurse to entrepreneur.

How SSHE Works

Through this new franchise, more Arizonans will now be able to enjoy and benefit from SSHE's delicious meals at a substantially lower cost than what was previously available for the area. For example, the 1,200-calorie portion plan will cost $125 and the 2,000-calorie portion plan will cost $145. Delivery to home or office is also available for a nominal fee.

The new SSHE Arizona franchise has a network of local distributor locations -- i.e., storefront retail establishments -- serving customers in Metro Phoenix. The distributors provide clients with portion and calorie-controlled meals for the week. The franchisee will rapidly expand out to accommodate customers with distributor locations throughout Arizona.

The Arizona franchise is locally owned by John and Jo Dresh, both bring numerous years experience with them as seasoned business professionals. Most recently, John owned a successful furniture distribution business and Jo worked as a certified public accountant.
